US tractor sales fall 8% and combine sales 4% as farm equipment market stays soft
Farm tractor sales in the United States fell 8% year on year in August to 14,571 units and self-propelled combine sales dropped 4%, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers reported, with Canadian combine sales down more than 40%.
