A Cold Milk and Watermelon Sharbat to Refresh You at Iftar

A cold sharbat of milk and watermelon quenches thirst and adds a different taste to the iftar table.

Fruits

After abstaining from food and drink all day, how would it feel if the very first sip at iftar sent a wave of relief through body and mind? Everyone wants to shake off fatigue at once, and a cold milk and watermelon sharbat can refresh you instantly after the day's tiredness.

Combining the natural sweetness of juicy watermelon with the smooth taste of milk, the drink not only quenches thirst but also provides nutrition. To bring a different flavour and a touch of comfort to the iftar spread, you can include a glass of cold milk and watermelon sharbat.

First boil all the ingredients except the watermelon and Rooh Afza together, then let the mixture cool. Once cool, keep it in the fridge for an hour. At the same time, cut the watermelon into cubes and chill it in the fridge too.

Finally, mix the Rooh Afza and watermelon into the milk. Your cold milk and watermelon sharbat is ready to enjoy with the family at iftar.
