Why you should not give up rice to lose weight

Cutting out rice to lose weight is not the right approach, because rice supplies nutrients the body needs.

Many people stop eating rice to lose weight, but that is not the right thing to do. Every food carries its own nutrients, and giving up rice can instead harm the body.

Rice is the daily food of the people of this country. Cutting it out suddenly will deprive the body of many essential elements. Here is why rice should not be dropped entirely:

  • Eating rice mixed with lentils or curry keeps blood sugar levels normal.
  • Rice also helps regulate the body's hormone levels.
  • Eating rice regularly keeps the skin healthy.
  • Eating rice makes hair thicker.
  • Rice is easy to digest and good for the stomach.
