Adding beef and vegetables is an easy way to give plain noodles a different taste. Agricare24's recipe for beef noodles takes little time and suits guests or a child's tiffin box.
Ingredients: 250 g noodles, 200 g cooked beef, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, half a cup each of chopped onion, carrot and capsicum, salt to taste and oil as needed.
Boil water with a little oil and cook the noodles. Drain them, rinse in cold water and set aside so they do not stick together.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic. Add the cooked beef and fry for a few minutes, then stir in the soy sauce and tomato sauce.
Add the carrot and capsicum and fry briefly. Season with salt, add the boiled noodles, mix everything well and cook for a few more minutes before taking the pan off the heat. Serve hot.
