A special day calls for something different and memorable moments with loved ones. To make the occasion stand out, you can put prawn milk biryani on the menu, where the aroma of traditional biryani blends with the creaminess of milk and the tenderness of prawns. The right balance of spices and the smooth touch of milk make the dish unusually appealing. Here is the recipe.

First clean the prawns and drain them. Rub them with a little salt and fry lightly in soybean oil. In the same karai, fry chopped onion. When the onion is fried, add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, sugar, salt and garam masala with a little water and cook the spices well. When they are well cooked, add the rice and fried prawns and stir for a while.

Then add water, nut paste and raisins, cover and cook on a medium flame. After 15 minutes, stir in coconut milk and cook on a low flame. When the water has dried and the rice is cooked, add fried onion and ghee and turn off the stove. Your delicious prawn milk biryani is ready.
