Cool Off in the Heat With Mango Mastani

With mango season here, this recipe shows how to make mango mastani, a chilled ripe mango drink topped with ice cream.

It is hard to find someone who does not like mangoes. As soon as the hot weather arrives, the race to eat them begins, and their nutrients are good for the body too. Now is the best time to make dishes from mangoes.

Most people have had ripe mango pudding, amshotto (mango leather), drinks and payesh. This time, cool off in the heat with a mango mastani made from ripe mangoes. Once you taste it, the flavour will stay with you. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients


  • Ripe mango, 2 cups (cut into pieces)
  • Sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • Liquid milk, 1 cup

Everything should be taken in the right quantity.

Method


Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend. When blended, mix in a large spoonful of vanilla ice cream and blend again.

Now put chopped mango in a serving glass, add ice cream on top and pour the blended mango over it. Garnish with chopped pistachio, chopped cherry and mango pieces, and the mango mastani is ready.
