Instead of buying it, delicious ripe mango malai kulfi is easy to make at home. With a few ingredients and a little time you can make a dessert that will win over young and old in the family. Here is how to make ripe mango malai kulfi at home.

First peel the mangoes, remove the stones and take the pulp. Then put all the other ingredients except the mango together in a wok and cook over a medium flame. When the mixture turns thick and creamy, take it off the heat and let it cool completely.

Once it has cooled, fill the moulds with the mixture. Put them in the freezer for at least five to six hours, or overnight if you like, so that they set well. Before serving, take the kulfi out of the moulds and serve the delicious ripe mango malai kulfi chilled.
