Eating the same kind of food every day can easily become boring. So if you want a little variety in taste, you can add a delicious beef menda to the menu. Made with the right spices and cooking technique, the dish will be appetising and win praise from the whole family. Here is a simple recipe for beef menda with a different taste.

First clean and wash the beef and drain the water. Then mix it well with whole spices, spice pastes, ground spices and oil. Put the marinated meat in a pan with a little water, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Open the lid from time to time and stir so that it does not stick to the pan.

Then mix rice flour in a cup of water, pour it into the meat and stir. Check whether the meat is tender; if not, add some more water. Finally, when the oil rises to the top, take it off the heat. Your beef menda with a different taste is ready.
