Whether for a special day or an ordinary family meal, this recipe, with few ingredients and simple steps, will bring a new flavour to your kitchen. Here is the recipe.

First clean and wash the chicken and drain the water. Rub it with a little zarda (food) colouring and salt and fry lightly on a low heat. When the chicken turns golden, lift it out and set aside.

Now cook all the powdered and ground spices, nut paste and garam masala in a karai, then add the chicken and coconut milk and cover. When the chicken is cooked and the oil rises to the top, add fried onion (beresta) and ghee, and after 2-3 minutes take it off the heat. The delicious whole chicken roast in coconut milk is ready.
