How to Make Raw Mango Pudding

With raw mangoes plentiful in the market, here is an easy recipe for a tasty raw mango pudding.

Fruits

Raw mangoes are everywhere in the market now. Almost everyone drinks raw mango juice, but raw mangoes can also be made into a pudding. It is delicious and quite easy to make. Here is a simple recipe.

Ingredients


  • Milk: one litre
  • Raw mango puree: one cup
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Cornflour: half a cup
  • Cardamom: 4 pods
  • Vanilla essence: 1 tablespoon

Method


First heat the milk well in a pan. Add whole cardamom, sugar and vanilla essence and stir well.

In another bowl, take some unboiled milk and whisk in the mango paste and cornflour well. Now mix the mango mixture thoroughly into the heated milk, lower the heat and keep stirring.

When it becomes really thick, pour the pudding into a buttered bowl. Leave it at room temperature for a while to cool.

Once it reaches room temperature, put it in the fridge. After about an hour, when the pudding has set, take it out of the fridge and serve the delicious raw mango pudding chilled.
