Combining the cooling effect of tokma seeds with the nutrition of milk, this drink does more than quench thirst: it quickly lifts the tiredness of fasting. This healthy, nutritious sharbat can be made at home with simple ingredients. Here is the recipe.

First boil the milk and let it cool. Thirty minutes before making the sharbat, soak the tokma seeds in a glass of drinking water. After half an hour, mix the soaked seeds into the cold milk.
