How to Make Ripe Mango Lassi

With ripe mangoes in season, a mango lassi is a simple way to keep cool in the summer heat.

It is ripe mango season, and ripe mangoes are now easy to find in the market. This is the time to make all sorts of lovely dishes with them. If you like, you can drink a ripe mango lassi to keep your body cool in this heat. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients


  • Ripe mangoes, 2
  • Sour yoghurt
  • Black salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Khoa kheer
  • Ice
  • Sugar

Take all the ingredients in the quantities you need.

Method


First cut the ripe mangoes into pieces. Then put the sour yoghurt and mango pieces in a blender and add the sugar.

Blend well, then blend once more. Now you can mix in the black salt and lemon juice.

Then add the khoa kheer and ice and blend once again. That is it: your ripe mango lassi is ready. Pour it into a glass and scatter chopped mango on top if you like.
