Ingredients
- Cauliflower: 1
- Potatoes: 2
- Yoghurt: 200 grams
- Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
- Onions: 2
- Salt: to taste
- Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
- Mustard oil: as needed
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Dried chillies: 2
Method
First cut the cauliflower and potatoes into small pieces, fry them lightly and set aside. Heat mustard oil in a karai and lightly fry whole cumin and dried chillies in it. When they are fried, add the turmeric, chilli and cumin powders mixed in a little water. Now whisk the yoghurt and add it with the salt and sugar.
Then add the potatoes and cauliflower and cook them well, stirring. Once they are well cooked, add a little water. When the water has dried off, take the pan off the heat. Your tasty doi fulkopi is ready.
