In fact, with the right ingredients and a simple method, beef galouti kebab can easily be made at home. Whether for guests or something special for the family, this kebab, made in little time, will win everyone over with its taste and aroma. Here is the recipe.

First, mix the beef mince well with papaya paste in a large bowl. Then add everything else, mix thoroughly and leave it in the fridge for six hours. Shape the marinated mince into kebabs of whatever size you like. Heat ghee in a pan or karai and cook the kebabs over a low flame. When both sides are lightly browned, take them off the heat. Your beef galouti kebab is ready.
