The best part is that it is not at all complicated to make. A few ordinary ingredients from home and a little time are all it takes. Made the right way, it keeps its qualities and tastes pleasant too. Here is how to make it.

First bring water to the boil. Add aparajita flowers to the boiling water and leave them covered for 5–7 minutes. When the water turns bluish, strain it. You can add honey or a few drops of lemon juice to taste.

It is most beneficial drunk on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed at night. One cup a day is enough, and it is better not to drink too much. Although aparajita tea is natural, pregnant women, people on regular medication and those with any long-term illness should be careful before drinking it. If necessary, consult a doctor before starting it.
