Bottled soybean oil still scarce in Dhaka two weeks after the price rose to Tk 204; flour, eggs and green chilli up too

One-litre bottles of soybean oil remain hard to find in Dhaka's retail markets although refiners were allowed a Tk 5 rise to Tk 204; loose soybean sells at Tk 198–200, palm oil Tk 180–185, flour is up Tk 10 a kilogram, eggs Tk 10 a dozen and green chilli as much as Tk 60 a kilogram.
