Thin arrivals at the wholesale yards lifted almost every vegetable at Kazir Dewri, Pahartali and Nayabazar; local hilsa sells for Tk 3,000 a kilo while Indian hilsa goes for Tk 1,800 and Myanmar's Tk 2,200; local chicken up to Tk 650, eggs, meat and spices unchanged.
