Pomelo with mint and mustard oil


Ingredients: peeled pomelo segments, black salt, chilli powder, freshly chopped mint leaves and pure mustard oil.

Put the pomelo segments in a bowl and add black salt to taste, chilli powder to taste, chopped mint and a few drops of mustard oil. Mix gently by hand. The fresh aroma of mint and the pungency of mustard oil make the pomelo taste wonderful.

Quick spiced pomelo


Ingredients: peeled pomelo, salt (or black salt) to taste and red chilli powder.

Sprinkle salt and chilli powder over the pomelo segments to taste and mix gently, and a quick spiced pomelo is ready.
