At Dhopakandi in Faridpur, farmer Siraj Sheikh has grown okra on a bigha of land and has started selling after a good yield. At Sholomail in Raiganj, Sirajganj, canna flowers spread their red all around.
At Gutudia in Dumuria, Khulna, two children head home with water lilies gathered from a beel, and a cormorant rests on the bamboo fencing of a fish enclosure. At Tungibaria in Barishal, fishers return home by engine boat after their catch. At Badarpur in Faridpur, a craftsman takes his hand-made bamboo baskets to market on a van.
