How to make it: take 250 ml of olive oil and 30 grams of bay leaves. Crush the leaves and soak them in the olive oil. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and keep it in a dark place for 2 weeks.

Do not move the jar much during those 2 weeks; just shake it now and then. After 2 weeks, strain the oil through a thin cloth into another container and store it in a cool place.
