Over the past few years, the rooftop farming programme has visited several government buildings. The Anti-Corruption Commission office in Segunbagicha has a beautiful rooftop farm, and the deputy commissioner in Chuadanga created a farm on the old district administration building's large roof.

The programme has also seen a rooftop farm on the police Victim Support Centre next to Tejgaon police station, and many official residences have them, with ministers and senior officials farming their roofs. Such efforts inspire ordinary people and help them understand farming's many benefits.

Sher-e-Bangla Nagar police station moved from a temporary building into this modern eight-storey building in September 2018. From the start, officer-in-charge Jane Alam Munshi thought of using the fine roof and built a collection of fruit trees across it, from dragon fruit to various mangoes and lemons.
