Zahid is a very ordinary young man. His farming has no special technique, only complete simplicity, and with it he has learned a great deal. He is now devoted to reorganising his farm for greater prosperity. Through his work and confidence, he has reached a point where he sees not only his own success but that of other farmers in the area, and he is leading change across the area through lemon and malta farming.

His malta orchard covers 12 bighas: 10 bighas are one year old and 2 bighas two years old. The 2-year-4-month-old block has 400 BARI Malta-1 trees.
