Leo Club of Chittagong Bandhan has distributed seasonal fruit among employees working at the Chattogram Lions Eye Hospital compound. The distribution was sponsored by the Lions Club of Chittagong Bandhan, under Lions International District 315-B4.

The event on Wednesday morning (1 July) was led by Azmain Adil Chowdhury, president of Leo Club of Chittagong Bandhan. The chief guest was Lion Abul Khair, immediate past president of the Lions Club of Chittagong Bandhan.

In his speech as chief guest, Abul Khair said the Bandhan Leo Club's tradition of starting each service year with service activities on its first day is commendable. Distributing fruit among staff across the whole compound, including the Lions General Hospital, the eye hospital, the physiotherapy centre, the blood bank and the CLF complex, would be seen as an exceptional initiative, he said. Such initiatives must continue, he added, to bring smiles to the faces of workers who serve people all year and to motivate them.

Others present included former Bandhan Leo Club presidents Arman Uddin and Nur Mohammad, immediate past president Enamul Haque Jewel, Naimuddin Shafayet, Mohammad Al-Amin, Meheraj Hossain, Fahim Chowdhury, Mahmudul Haque Karib, Joy, Shubho Dev Nath, Irfan, Shebaz and Tahsin.
