Faridpur District Police Hold Social Forestry Programme

Faridpur district police held a Zoom conference and planted trees as part of a nationwide social forestry drive by Bangladesh Police and the Bangladesh Police Women's Welfare Association (PUNAC).

A Zoom conference was held in Faridpur as part of a nationwide programme by Bangladesh Police and PUNAC (Bangladesh Police Women's Welfare Association) to meet the goals of their social forestry programme.

The conference took place at 11.30am on Wednesday, 11 August. After it ended, at around 12.45pm, the district police planted trees.

Joining the video conference from the conference room of the Faridpur Superintendent of Police's office were Dhaka Range DIG Habibur Rahman, Faridpur Superintendent of Police Md Alimuzzaman and district PUNAC president Mosa Saleha Parveen, among others.
