The Khulna 21 BGB Battalion says it is working tirelessly, with professionalism, sincerity and humanity, to deal with any disaster.

As part of this, on the afternoon of Thursday, 20 August, food was distributed to poor and helpless people affected by heavy rain and flooding in the border area under the Daulatpur Border Outpost (BOP) in Benapole.

The battalion's commander, Lieutenant Colonel Md Nafiz Imtiaz Ahsan, was present in person and led the relief operation.

Dry food was given to 70 families hit by river erosion and waterlogging. The aid included rice, atta (flour), sugar, lentils, soybean oil and salt.
