Banana Peel May Help Solve Acne Problems

Instead of throwing away banana peels, rubbing them on the skin may help reduce acne and keep skin moist.

Many people get acne to a greater or lesser degree. For some it is getting worse because of masks, for others because of dust and dirt when they go out. Whatever the cause, a solution has to be found.

Many people try medicines or creams. But there is one more thing you can do at home to reduce acne easily. Do you throw away the peel after eating a banana? Stop doing so: the peel contains various nutrients that will care for your skin.

Rub the white inner part of a banana peel well on your skin every day, keeping at it for quite a while. Then leave it on for about 15 minutes. When your face has dried a little, wash it with cold water.

Banana peel contains various antioxidants, minerals and fibre, which reduce skin inflammation and so help reduce acne. The peel will also increase the skin's moisture and lower the risk of wrinkles.
