AgrotechKenya pilots AI-assisted rainy-season forecasts as farm advisories for the short rains
The Kenya Meteorological Service Authority, the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT and the AIM4Scale partnership have launched a pilot to turn new rainy-season onset and six-week forecasts into planting advice ahead of the 2026 short rains.
