Boat rides on the National Zoo lake stall over engine noise
A jetty and two boats costing about Tk 35 lakh are ready on the 32-acre south lake of the National Zoo in Mirpur, but noisy engines have kept the rides from starting, and a zoologist says the plan will drive away migratory birds.
