LivestockUS pork exports to Central America up 11 percent as buyers move to premium cuts
Shipments passed 130,000 tonnes through August and their value rose 15 percent to $377 million, the US Meat Export Federation says, helped by campaigns that sell pork as a main dish rather than sausage meat.
