AgrotechSwiss start-up Food Brewer makes cocoa-free chocolate from yellow pea by-products
Lindt-backed Food Brewer has launched Yodel Bites, a cocoa-free bar made from fermented and roasted yellow pea by-products and carob, on Swiss SBB trains, while it continues work on cell-grown cocoa.
