LivestockUS pork exports projected to reach 7.8 billion pounds by 2035, ahead of chicken
USDA's Economic Research Service said on 7 May 2026 that U.S. pork exports are projected to rise 8.6 percent, from an expected 7.2 billion pounds in 2026 to 7.8 billion pounds in 2035. In 2024 pork exports overtook chicken for the first time since 1976.
