How to Flush Toxins Out of the Body

A few daily habits, from lemon water to a weekly detox bath and exercise, are suggested for clearing toxins from the body.

How do you know whether toxins have built up in the body? If you are gaining weight, have acne or boils, suffer from constipation, feel your stamina falling, become irritable or cannot concentrate on work, it is a sign that toxins have accumulated.

Ways to get rid of toxins

Before breakfast, drink a glass of water mixed with half a lemon and half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. This will help clear toxins from the body.

Take a detox bath once a week. Bathe in lukewarm water with 14 cups of salt and 14 cups of coconut oil, as the report gives the quantities. For the benefits of aromatherapy, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the mixture.

Exercise every day and work up a sweat. As the muscles contract and relax, toxins leave the body through sweat. Every day, spend 8 to 10 minutes breathing in deeply and breathing out slowly.

The diet matters too. Stay away from refined sugar, fried food and packaged food products.

Staying free of toxins boosts immunity, brings life and a glow to the skin, and leaves the body feeling light.
