Unbearable Back Pain? What to Do to Keep Your Spine Healthy

Alongside the fear of infection, the coronavirus period has brought a range of physical problems, spine trouble among them, and a few habits can help prevent back pain.

Besides the fear of infection, the coronavirus period has created a host of physical problems, and spine trouble is one of the main ones. Many people suffer from spinal problems to some degree as they age, and it is a long-term condition.

If a poor lifestyle puts too much pressure on the discs of the spine and the muscles of the back, you may face long-term complications. Here are some important tips to keep your spine healthy and prevent back pain.

Those who work on computers and laptops every day should pay particular attention to how they sit. Even continuous use of a mobile phone can cause severe pain in the neck and back, so make a habit of keeping your neck straight when using laptops and phones.

Take a few minutes' break during work. This will not only reduce mental stress but also relieve pain in the neck and back.

Exercise and do yoga regularly. With back or spine problems, seeing a doctor is essential, but exercise is also needed.

Walk around. On the one hand it keeps weight under control; on the other it improves blood circulation, which greatly eases pain.

It is best to avoid fatty foods, as they increase body weight, put pressure on the spine and cause back problems. Drinking plenty of water and eating low-fat food rich in calcium and protein are important.
