Fish raised in an aquarium look very beautiful and enhance their surroundings. You can keep them in an office, a business or at home. Here are the rules to follow.
Choosing the aquarium
For an office, business or home, you can arrange a medium or large aquarium, but make sure it is deep.
Species by season
These fish can generally be raised in three phases. In summer: tiger barb, rosy barb, widow tetra, sharpe tetra, swordtail, molly, platy and others. In the rainy season: pearl gourami, kissing gourami, dwarf gourami, blue cichlid, zebra cichlid, tetra, tiger and others. In winter: goldfish, koi carp, Manila carp, catfish and others.
Fry, water and feed
Fry can be collected from any nursery. When collecting them, choose healthy, strong ones.
Aquarium fish need the right temperature, and oxygen must be supplied inside the tank.
The fry must be fed properly. Their favourite foods are brine shrimp, infusoria, water fleas, sludge worms, bloodworms and the like.
Disease and care
Look after the fish. If disease ever appears, apply medicine at once or take suitable measures.
Care for the aquarium regularly. Clean or change the water on time, remove leftover food, and remove fish waste and dead fish.
