After measles, experts warn of diphtheria, whooping cough and polio as vaccine cover slips to 82%

An independent review found that only 82 per cent of children are fully vaccinated against a 95 per cent target and about 40 per cent of vaccinator posts are empty; without urgent action, new outbreaks are likely.
