AgrotechIndian sugar maker Dhampur to turn molasses into mycoprotein under Planetary deal
Dhampur Bio Organics has signed a 10-year licence with Swiss startup Planetary to make mycoprotein and other fermented protein and fibre ingredients from sugar and molasses in India.
