FruitsOne hot-water dip controls both fruit fly and anthracnose in mangoes, ICAR-IIHR says
ICAR-IIHR in Bengaluru has developed a 55°C, 20-minute hot water treatment followed by a 5% salt dip that controls fruit fly and anthracnose together without internal breakdown in Alphonso. A 1.2-tonne trial shipment reached Brunei in good condition.
