AgrotechIndia launches upgraded Agri Welfare Portal to put farm schemes on farmers' phones
The single-window portal links PM-KISAN, AgriStack and crop insurance with eligibility checks, direct applications and DBT payments, and is built to run on basic smartphones with weak connections.
