AgrotechVerley scales up fermented dairy protein towards 200,000-litre tanks
French startup Verley, which makes the milk protein beta-lactoglobulin by precision fermentation, is moving to 200,000-litre tanks at a co-manufacturer and plans commercial sales next year.
