Essentials rose 4.39 percent in October and fish led with 11.72 percent, says Consumers Forum

Consumers Forum found that 15 essentials rose an average 4.39 percent in October, fish by 11.72 percent. Vegetables fell 3.12 percent as the winter crop arrived, but growers in Bogura and Rangpur say they cannot cover their costs.
