HealthBangladesh has had no national mental health survey for seven years
The last national survey, in 2018-19, found 18.7 percent of adults and 12.6 percent of children with a mental disorder and more than 92 percent of adults untreated. None has been done since, and psychiatrists say the situation is likely to have worsened.
