61 of 70 oxygen plants in Bangladesh's public hospitals do not serve patients

An assessment at the Bangladesh Oxygen Summit found 31 of 70 plants installed through the CMSD out of order and 30 more not run round the clock, while about 7.5 million people a year need emergency oxygen.
