Irish weekly beef kill eases to 32,500 head as factory quotes hold through Ploughing week
Factory cattle supplies in Ireland slipped to just over 32,500 head in the week ending 13 September, still 12.6 per cent above the same week last year, while heifers stayed at €6.50–6.55/kg and steers at €6.40/kg on the grid.
