AgrotechIntegriCulture raises ¥100M to grow cells on sake brewery leftovers in Niigata
The Tokyo cellular agriculture firm took the funds from Niigata Venture Capital as part of a planned ¥700M Series A extension, and works with local brewers to use sake lees and algae residue as cell culture inputs.
